Cores must be returned within 30 days of the original sale and meet the following conditions:

Condition

• Fully drained of all fluids.
• Completely assembled.
• Placed on the original pallet that the replacement part was delivered on.

Rebuildability Requirements

• The core must be rebuildable to receive a full refund.
• No breakage on the block or heads.
• The engine must spin 360 degrees freely.
• The core must be complete, matching the condition of the replacement unit.

Damage Policy

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The core is locked up and cannot be rebuilt.
• The block, case, or housing has holes or other significant damage.

Partial Credit Policy

If the core does not meet the full refund criteria, only 50% of the core value will be credited. To receive full value, all return conditions must be met before pickup.

Return Process

• Cores will not be accepted at the time of replacement part delivery.
• All cores must be paid for and checked in before a refund is issued.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. No exceptions.
